Kevin Bolen is a Principal in KPMG's Innovation and Enterprise Solutions organization and serves as the National Leader for Strategic Growth Initiatives responsible for the identification and pursuit of new and emerging opportunities in response to disruptive trends and technologies. In this capacity, he leads market-based analyses to assess the potential impact of these trends on KPMG and their clients, prioritizes, allocates and governs a $150M annual investment portfolio, and develops compelling new service offerings and business models to capitalize on the disruption. Mr. Bolen also leads KPMG's Innovation Strategy engagements supporting clients as they work to develop a sustainable culture and system of innovation within their organizations.

Mr. Bolen joined KPMG in 2014 having spent seven years as a Partner and COO of Innosight, a boutique strategy and innovation consultancy founded by noted Harvard Business School professor and author, Clayton Christensen (The Innovator's Dilemma and disruptive innovation). While with Innosight, Mr. Bolen led C-level client engagements with Fortune 500 organizations in a variety of industries.

Prior to Innosight, Mr. Bolen was the Chief Marketing Officer for Lionbridge Technologies, a $500M global technology services provider. He began his career with IBM spending six years in a variety of consulting, marketing and strategic planning roles within their Global Services business unit and Corporate Headquarters.

Mr. Bolen's commentary and/or bylined articles have previously appeared in: The New York Times, TIME, BusinessWeek, Forbes, Pharmaceutical Executive and a host of IT trade publications. He is a frequent speaker at corporate and trade events.

Mr. Bolen received his BBA from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University and his MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University (NYU).
